#RESIDENT EVIL 4 REMAKE E3 2021 UPDATE#
Lastly, after 3 years of no physical/in-person showcase like E3 was pre-pandemic, we wanted to get an update from you guys on how you feel about the digital showcases, whether you miss the in-person events or prefer the new livestream formats. With the big E3 showfloor unavailable this year, we got a lot of independent livestreams from some of the biggest studios across the globe, like the PlayStation State of Play from Sony, Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, and even the Summer Game Fest. That said, there were still a lot of big announcements, like our first official look at Starfield gameplay, The Last Of Us Remake and Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered coming to PC, as well as our first look at the Resident Evil 4 Remake. Of course, the COVID-19 pandemic meant a lot of games had shifted their release dates and delayed a lot of development on upcoming titles. But that didn’t prevent any studios from making big announcements this Summer period, colloquially titled ‘Not-E3 2022’, so we wanted to know what did you think of this year’s sort-of-E3 2022? Although E3 2022 was officially canceled earlier this year, it is definitely coming back next year with a refocused showcase.
